I'm Charles Casillas, a product and engineering leader focused on AI-native products and systems.

I've built and led products across Apple Music, Beats, Pandora, venture-backed startups, and AI-native companies. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering leadership, system architecture, user behavior, and applied AI.

Right now, I'm focused on how AI changes product design: trust, memory, workflow automation, retention, and the systems required to make AI useful in real human contexts.

I'm especially interested in AI products that move beyond novelty and become part of recurring behavior.
